FIM Medical strives to meet customer expectations and provide satisfaction. With this in mind, the FIM Medical Quality Control policy is anchored around two vital strategic pathways, designed to meet customer requirements and needs:
- Commercial activity development
To reach these Quality Control objectives by the end of 2014, I am requesting all department managers and their colleagues to do their utmost to put this Quality Control system into practice and to realize their own specific Quality Control actions, before the end of the year.
I personally commit to provide the required means for the realization of our Quality Control policy.
